It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Anna Mayer, the NP is awesome and attended to my needs with care.

No, They dismissed my questions as unimportant Did this provider show attention to detail? Once, I brought my mother in for a new patient appointment. She thought she was seeing a doctor, but was told they "don't have a doctor who sees patients at this clinic" when we signed in. The PA spent 10 minutes with us, left to "look something up" and came back to let us know she needed to go check something with Dr. Archuleta before making a diagnoses or giving us a prescription. I was shocked to read the other reviews. I have been going to Dr. Archuleta's office for 15 years. This office is the number one Medicaid and Medicare office in Colorado. I have observed rude and demanding patients at the front desk who feel entitled to not follow the office policies; such as needing to schedule the proper time to deal with all their issues, or they will need a second appointment. Does this provider remember you by name? No, and they don't make an effort to even try Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider show attention to detail? Kind of, but not very much

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? This place is awful. The staff is rude and not educated in the least bit. They treat everyone like dirt. ESP medicaid patient's because my doctor assumed I was one and had treated me like dirt and was rude and acted like every time I was sick, it was my fault or whenever I asked questions concerning my health, she would act like I was retarded for even asking.
