Have used many remodeling/contracting firms in my life and would never hire any of them again. 65+ KTN Construction is the one exception. We used them to rebuild our family house(65+ year old house) that experienced a flooding event from a broken pipe. Took apart everything down to the studs, floor base and ceiling studs. Did an outstanding job and when the subcontractors didn't do it right, KTN had them redo it right. Would definitely hire them again.
I hired KTN through a friend's referral to do a complete bathroom remodel and kitchen backsplash replacement. I ended up asking them to do another project (beams) in my living room. The bathroom remodel was amazing. Kelvin (the owner) had 3-5 workers at my house every day. They were friendly, considerate, and were kind to my very large German Shepherds.
