KTN completed a full basement build out with a Bedroom & Bathroom, Wet Bar, and Home Theater. The team were pros to work with and collaborative in building what we wanted while guiding decisions based on their experiences. We went out for multiple bids and no one came close to the value of KTN. The City inspection team even took the time to compliment me on choosing a good GC to work with.
KTN is sincerely the best in the business! Kelvin and his team have helped me personally with my properties, and done hundreds of jobs for my clients and friends. Attention to detail, speed and accountability are hallmarks!
Mr. Tran is one of the best contractors I've had in this area over the last 25 years. I had a very urgent matter, and he came out that day! He assessed the situation quickly, gave me an estimate that very night, and within two days the work was done. I was incredibly impressed by Mr. Tran and his team. They were incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and courteous. I will most definitely be using him again! Highly recommend!

Kelvin and his team updated our entire house. Floors, ceilings, walls, baseboards, kitchen, bathrooms, stairs, all of it! New light fixtures, doors, frames, everything. He and his team are incredibly accommodating and amazingly punctual. We just used him again a year later for a business project. He is superior.
