I recently moved to Avalon and without going into much details, it was a rollercoaster ride. To which it was no fault of Avalon. The leasing team were all so helpful but I have to give the most credit to Simeon— Simeon worked with me from day 1 and he was so patient, helpful, and made the process less stressful. He answered all my questions promptly with so much details. I can’t thank him enough for being so kind and accommodating during this whole process. Thank you, Simeon and team!

Someone kept playing music loudly every night until sunrise, even I closed the window still hear clearly, but when we messages the leasing office, they just sent the quiet hour reminder, nothing help, the music still on every night
After almost 2 years of living here, we decided not to renew our 2bed 2 bath lease and move elsewhere. The move-in went smoothly, BUT THAT IS HOW THEY GET YOU! Upon move-out, they triple some of your remaining prorated days of utilities! We moved out Sept 6th, with only 6 days of prorated rent. Not only are they not transparent with how they are billing your utilities, they are purposefully delaying and shirking responsibility. Beware. Informed management of poop station located outside my patio door. Infestation of flies disgusting smell.
