There's always some guy smoking pot in the courtyard and my unit smells like a skunk. The leasing office does not care and will close your complaint ticket but make sure that you know that they "hear your concern". Nice. There are gas cars parked in the extremely expensive EV charging spots that they advertise as an amenity. Y’all, I searched high and low for the perfect home, and I’m so excited to have found Avalon San Bruno! First, the location is amazing. Highways 101 and 280 are right nearby, the airport is just a short drive away, and Jack’s is within walking distance for a bite to eat and maybe a little drinky drink. There’s also a European Wax Center, Patelco, Target, Petco, Planet Fitness, Lucky’s, Lowe’s, Starbucks, and plenty of restaurants close by. For a busy mama and fur mama, the convenience is unmatched.
