Beware. Informed management of poop station located outside my patio door. Infestation of flies disgusting smell. We recently moved into a 2bdrm 2ba apartment just in time for our newborn to arrive. We couldn’t have done this without the help of the amazing staff, especially GG(Gabriella). She worked with us from beginning to end and was able to keep us up to date on the progress of our apartment as we waited a few weeks for the unit to be ready to move into! Have just rented an apartment here . Drove 5 hours out of state with my stuff to pick up my keys which was already pre scheduled and the office is closed. No one is answering phones and can’t get hold of anyone. Now I have nowhere to go with my things after paying 3k per month. Not a great start to my lease . Hire competent people at the leasing office Update : Packages keep getting stolen. I have lost 5 packages in the past year . Won’t be renewing the lease here

Things are good when they work. The leasing office and its staff are friendly and helpful most of the time, especially Cecilia. The apartments, beside being expensive, are clean and quiet. You also get good amount of amenities, pool, spa, gym, etc. Getting back to my first remark, the big problem with Avalon is its maintainance. It usually takes a long time (months and even year) for things to get fixed. I once had to live with a broken fridge for over two months.
