I love living here! I’ve been here for almost 3 years and honestly everything I need they offer. I love that they offer the fitness center and the indoor pool. It’s convenient for my daughter and I, she loves swimming! The staff is really nice and also the neighbors. I feel comfortable walking around any time of the day and trust me I’ve lived in areas where I wouldn’t leave my house past sundown. Check out the apartments and say hi when you see me!
Do not stay at the Blueground units here. It’s been an absolute nightmare. The customer service is awful.
Toured here pretty recently and they took me as a walk in. The leasing staff and Gigi were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I really liked the area and the building feels very secure, and the apartments are so spacious.
Jordan is super nice and extremely helpful!!!
I toured Avalon twice and both times Gigi at the leasing office has been so very helpful throughout the leasing process with answering all my inquiries and going out of her way to give me updates on available units and walk me through the leasing process. Update: This review is for maintenance, Oscar was the best at fixing my washer/dryer when I couldn’t pin point the issues and he took his time to meticulously take apart the machine and found the issue!
