We have had a very positive experience living at Avalon San Bruno. The community is clean, safe, and well maintained. The staff is friendly, professional, and responsive whenever assistance is needed. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the location is very convenient for families. We appreciate all the efforts made to create a comfortable living environment.
We have lived here for almost two years now and one thing that really stands out is how friendly the staff is. They always try their best to find solutions to any problems that may come up, which we really appreciate. The reason I gave four stars is because we have had some things stolen from outside our apartment, including shoes and a wagon, and we also had our car window broken at some point. Oscar is a great maintenance staff. He helped me change light bulbs and fixed a lot of maintenance issues during my stay here at Avalon San Bruno.
We recently experienced a refrigerator failure, and while it was a stressful situation, the response from the Avalon team made all the difference. Youssef, Ted, and Oscar were incredibly responsive, helpful, and thoughtful throughout the entire process.
