Took my anxious teen son to have his wisdom teeth pulled. Incredibly happy with the staff and service. The facilities were immaculately clean and modern. I’m not sure if it was just luck or the doctor’s techniques, but his recovery was so smooth and painless. I still have PTSD from my wisdom teeth surgery 30 years ago!
I had a pleasant experience today with Representative, Ienne. Her approach is professional and willing to help . I felt care coming from her . She diligently went above and beyond to resolve my difficult situation in terms of payment . She was able to find resolution to it in which I am satisfied👏.. we need people like her who’s willing to be empathetic to people who are experiencing difficult issues especially when certain dental insurance don’t qualify to pay.
