I had a pleasant experience today with Representative, Ienne. Her approach is professional and willing to help . I felt care coming from her . She diligently went above and beyond to resolve my difficult situation in terms of payment . She was able to find resolution to it in which I am satisfied👏.. we need people like her who’s willing to be empathetic to people who are experiencing difficult issues especially when certain dental insurance don’t qualify to pay. Getting a wisdom tooth cut out is not pleasant, but it was way less awful than expected! Staff was super helpful and caring
I had my wisdom tooth removed in this clinic and i was so amazed with how good and fast the procedure is. The assistants, from the reception to the surgical assistants and Dr. Dela rosa were so nice and very accommodating. They made me feel so comfortable. The procedure was painless and it was really fast. I thought dr. Dela rosa was just checking but then when he said “ok it’s all done”, i was really so surprised because it only took about 5mins and i never felt anything at all. The team was very professional and welcoming, from the receptionists to the doctor himself. They explained things so that any person could understand, and showed plenty of patience for all the questions I asked about my procedure. They knew how to have a good time while getting the job done. During my time, there was nothing but great patient care, smiles, and a smooth procedure with easy to remember details on aftercare. Would recommend this place to everyone!
I had tooth #2 removed yesterday 08-12-25 at Archstone Oral and Facial Surgery by Dr.Dela Rosa Amazing doctor..great personality I didn't feel the shots ...I never felt When the doctor pulled my tooth out..not to Mention my tooth was cracked... Beautiful office immaculate.. The staff was very friendly & professional...they wore gloves & a mask..they explained home care Even though I was given instructions in writing.. overall I had a good experience ...
