As a Canadian moving to Pasadena I have nothing but great things to say about this property and their team. It has great amenities, it’s clean, has a friendly community and secure parking. Great place to live in the Pasadena area. Relatively quiet and very peaceful. Excellent maintenance team, helpful and very fast at getting our request resolved. I highly recommend this place.
Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The staff in this building are amazing and definitely make the transition feel more comfortable. I don’t usually do reviews but I wanted to come on here say that the maintenance staff has exceeded my expectations. Their response and repair time was the fastest I had ever experienced.

They effectively address maintenance requests with promptness and exhibit a commendable level of accommodation. The property is maintained to high standards, ensuring a clean, secure, and tranquil environment, complemented by well-appointed facilities.
