Parkside Townhomes in Coral Springs. After repeatedly asking management for Help in Parking & Monitoring the Parking permit stickers, guest passes, unauthorized work vans/ trucks, illegally parking in front of fire lanes & towing cars that DO NOT belong here. Nothing is EVER done. There are several houses with 4-5-6 cars. We come home at night & there are NO guest spots. This company charges way too much in hoa fees and acts in self interest as they make a percentage of what they charge. When the hoa fee is raised they’ll blame it on insurance costs.
