We have been living here for almost two years. Office staff and maintenance staff are always very nice and helpful. Neighbors are very friendly. Apartment is comfortable. I love my balcony with the beautiful wooded view. I like to sit on the balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in a nice day or even a rainy day!
I love living here! The Maintenance staff is outstanding, and clearly love the property, the residents, and what they do. The office staff is friendly and extremely competent. The events that the Cares Team puts on are excellent, and promote community unity. The other residents are friendly and considerate. The apartments are spacious with a great view of the woods and the creek.
Magic! That’s how things seem to get done here at Archstone Lexington apartments and townhomes in Flower Mound! I’ve lived here for 3 years – I love the convenience of being only 10 minutes north of DFW airport, 30 – 45 minutes from downtown Dallas and Fort Worth and only a few minutes from 2 lakes and trails. Also, all of my windows look out into the woods! But the magic happens on the property. I have been a resident here for a week in a second floor apartment. The constant noise, banging, and lack of sound proofing is dreadful. My upstairs neighbors are loud. It sounds like they have a big dog that runs constantly. They stamp around when walking and cause the light fittings in my apartment to shake. It's 11.51 pm as I write. Still no stopping of the relentless banging and clattering. Do not move into an apartment here if you wish to sleep. Sound proofing non existent.
