⭐ 1/5 I’ve lived here since July, and unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed. I’ve had more maintenance issues than I can count, and honestly, I don’t feel my apartment was move-in ready. There were spider webs all over my porch, toilet needed repairs and was filthy on move in day, medicine cabinet had stains, balcony screen had a big hole, the stairs and breezeways stay filthy and never seem to be cleaned, and there is trash throughout the property. In the infinite wisdom of the cortland harbor landfill, after charging us obnoxious fees to park our cars on a property we already pay rent for, they've decided that even our guests get to be screwed!! Yay! Overnight guests now only get 6 days a month. Perhaps if they removed some of the dumpsters scattered all over the property making this place smell like TRASH, and replacing them with one big dumpster with a compactor, LIKE EVERY OTHER PROPERTY IN THE AREA THAT CHARGES THIS MUCH FOR RENT, a few more spots would open up an... read more
Move in with your parents, live on the street, sign up for section 8. All of these options are better than living here. They'll charge you unbelievably overrated prices for what amounts to project housing. Dumpsters everywhere, and they charge you for valet trash, they charge you to park even though you already pay rent. The staff is second rate at best. There has been a dryer sitting under a stairwell for TWO WEEKS now. 3 emails, 3 reviews, and a text message and its still there. You are literally better off being homeless.... read more
