I have lived in Archestone for 8 months. Ants problem exists all the time. I do not believe them. The only thing they can do is come and spry toxic drugs and I think the spry is really bad for my health. The worst thing is it does not help at all. I think leasing office should solve the problem instead of saying they will try to control pests. I just wanted to move out but I should pay 2 months penalty which is a lot. Never live in this place! I have lived in many apartments and this one is the worst. Pro: 10 mins walking distance to BART station. Cons: 1. Building Problems a. The apartment has nice looking outside but the interior is actually really OLD. A lots of cracks on the wall. We have ant problem everyday. b. The trash room smells like shxx because there is no exhaust fan there. c. You can enjoy the condensate water from the AC while you are showering since the condensate drain is right above the bath tub. LMAO. 2. Awful maint... read more
