I have lived in Archestone for 8 months. Ants problem exists all the time. I do not believe them. The only thing they can do is come and spry toxic drugs and I think the spry is really bad for my health. The worst thing is it does not help at all. I think leasing office should solve the problem instead of saying they will try to control pests. I just wanted to move out but I should pay 2 months penalty which is a lot. Never live in this place! I have lived in many apartments and this one is the worst. Pro: 10 mins walking distance to BART station. Cons: 1. Building Problems a. The apartment has nice looking outside but the interior is actually really OLD. A lots of cracks on the wall. We have ant problem everyday. b. The trash room smells like shxx because there is no exhaust fan there. c.
