I have had the hardest time finding a place would work with me due to a past rent debt that I recently paid. I was able to provide the payoff letter and 2 other complexes told me they would approve me, but then declined me after I paid the fees to apply. I have worked with a company called Promove and he helped me schedule a tour. Jessica was so helpful and made me feel so at ease about my situation!!
