My guided tour with Andre was absolutely wonderful. He did a very thorough job of informing me of not only all my options but also the different amenities they have like a year around pool. I really really like these apartments and how quiet, spacious and tucked away they are. I plan on coming back, Thanks Andre!

Had a great experience touring here, Andre was very friendly and gave us so much great information. The whole property was clean and well maintained, with a super convenient location and reasonable pricing. I haven't fully decided where to move yet, but Aventura is a strong contender!

Our tour with Andre Logan was a great experience. It was a busy day and he still made time for us, even though he hadn't had a chance to eat lunch. He was kind and patient the whole way through, never rushed us, and answered every question. He knows the property inside and out. I'd highly recommend asking for Andre if you're thinking about touring!
