I was personally victimized by this place. I lived at Aventura Dunwoody Apartments for three years (the first year it was called Dunwoody Courtyards but it wasn’t much better). And during those three years, I lived in three different units. Two of the three had pest issues, but my third apartment, specifically in the 81 building, was by far the worst experience.
