March 3rd I received a call from the manager because i left an honest review on how bad the apartment complex was to their tenants . Maintenance never comes . She tried to tell me she doesn’t see any work orders but I have them all screenshotted as maintenance was closing them out without response or without coming to the apartment. Multiple times . AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS!!!! Constantly shutting water off. We are now at over 24+ hours without water. Management told us 3-4 last night and it’s been way well over 12! Not to mention you usually have to call the leasing office at least 6 times to get an answer. Absolutely absurd. Not even attempting to help tenants in ANY WAY
No water at all since more than 24hrs now, not sure what they are doing to help the tenants. they said the water would be back in 3-4 hrs and its been more than 12 hrs now with not a single drop of water. This is ridiculous..
By far THE WORSE apartment complex in this area . I could go on & on in detail. Just know the customer service here is the worse… if you look further down in the reviews you start seeing the TRUTH . Anyone who gave them a high rating is because they are new & haven’t seen how it ACTUALLY is around here . For example … I secured the lease paid my money & all a month and a half before .
