The management team here is poor. Greystar is notorious for scamming and currently being sued for hidden fees. Even the fees list they have posted are inaccurate. This office is especially is poorly run. Dmitri is insincere and allows his office to be poorly run. Samaya does not know what she is doing and has the poorest customer service. Mia was the only semi competent or atleast professional there and she has left. They don’t provide solutions only problems. I moved in September- overall I don’t have any complaints. Any minor issues or concerns I have had with my apartment, Samya and Mia have done a good job at communicating and responding to get any issues resolved. The area is great, in a good location. I really cannot complain!
I love it here and Samya is the best!!
Aventura Dunwoody is a standout community, and a huge part of that is the team behind it. D’mitri, the Property Manager, sets the tone with his professionalism and leadership. He runs the community with a calm, confident presence and clearly cares about both the property and the people who live there. This has been the worst housing experience I’ve had, even compared with the slumlord college rentals I’ve lived in. The property is consistently disorganized and shows little regard for residents; nearly every week brings a new issue. Amenities are unreliable: The community grill was frequently unusable due to gas shutoffs (leaks/other issues), so I stopped trying to cook there entirely.
