Horrible service, and the list of issues is never ending. Apartment was damaged and never cleaned prior to moving in. Underneath sink flooded due to wrong piece of pipe being used, bathroom sink only trickled water due to the wrong part being used, water to the entire complex has been shut off more than one time in a 6 month time frame both times for over 24 hours, windows were faulty and skyrocketed our heat bill, AC unit was leaking and not working, and even when they did a repair on it the rooms barely cool down. Wonderful property and amazing staff!
Be cautious when dealing with the management. Do not expect to receive your refund checks at the end of your lease. It’s simply not worth the time or energy to chase it. Not even worth spending a minute writing this review — but others deserve to be warned.
Think twice before applying to Aventura Dunwoody. While some of the newer reviews sound positive, many long-term residents—including myself—have dealt with ongoing issues that don’t seem to get resolved. In some cases, those glowing reviews were influenced by move-in perks and don’t reflect the real, long-term experience here. Personally, things have gone downhill under the current management.
