DON’T LISTEN TO THE HATERS!! This place is awesome and a great price for the location. Located just 15 minutes to Malibu Surfrider Beach with no traffic! Can you ask for more? I don't write reviews often, but renewal specialist Soncya assisted me with transferring from Avalon Calabasas to Avalon Woodland Hills. This community has been wonderful to stay in this past year and for the awesome customer service received today by Soncya, I hope their will many more great years to come. Soncya is the epitome of wonderful customer service and should be commended.
Beware! This building threatened to ruin my credit and charge my card without my authorization if I don’t pay the apartment they had on “hold” for over 2 weeks. I never signed any lease and wasn’t interested in moving toward after they sent a $7000 move in bill. The rep at Avalon was completely disrespectful and threatened to ruin my credit. This is completely against California law.
