Beautiful place! So peaceful, quiet and the people here are super friendly! Taylor and Danny at the leasing office are sooo helpful and knowledgeable. Jose, the maintenance Supervisor is very understanding, courteous and super friendly! The maintenance team are really nice too! I love it here! Reminds me of home, back in Austin TX!
I am a current resident at the avalon calabasas and have lived here for a year. They have flexible lease options a great gym and 2 beautiful pools. They are always doing great community things for the residents like food trucks and other amazing vendors. They have a very responsive maintenance team and even have wonderful resources for your fur baby. It's centrally located 10 minutes from the beach, pepperdine university and the valley. Taylor and Danny are the best front office peeps! They are professional and always make sure to follow up. They are the main reason all is well in our neighborhood! They really care and it shows!
Moving out was not the best experience
DON’T LISTEN TO THE HATERS!! This place is awesome and a great price for the location. Located just 15 minutes to Malibu Surfrider Beach with no traffic! Can you ask for more? Well yeah u can and you will receive more here at Avalon Calabasas. Danny and Taylor have been nothing short of amazing and extremely helpful.
