Very nice view and renovations
The elevators breakdown every day. Move here if you want to wait 20 mins for 1 running elevator servicing all floors. Update: as of 4:49pm on 6/30/2025 there is an elevator that has been broken for 3 days. I have alerted management to this issue multiple times over many months. The problem is persistent and chronic for over a year.
The 101 West End staff is what makes this place feel like home. Special shoutout to Stephen Keebler from the leasing team who is amazing and an absolute joy to work with. Also to our favorite doorman Anthony. We love our 101 fam and are so lucky to have called the building home for two years and counting!
I have not yet moved in, but the leasing team here at 101 West End Ave. was such a delight to work with! I spent the last couple months exploring many buildings and units with both on-site leasing agents and sometimes individual brokers (representing the landlord), and I have to say that Stephen at 101 West End was, by far, the most warm, professional, and compassionate person that I had the pleasure of meeting throughout this process.
