Absolutely horrible experience. The had me get a MRI on my back, which I did then called in a day before my appointment to verify that it would be reviewed and was told it would be reviewed with me. Not only did I have to wait an hour and a half the doctor came in to give me a shot, he said oh no we do with a follow up appointment.
I’ve been in several pain management programs since I have had eleven lower back surgeries and procedures since 2020. I’ve never had a doctor that truly cared about making me better until now. Dr Ali Danish and his whole staff are awesome to deal with and he will go out of his way to try and solve your pain issues. I couldn’t be more grateful to find this clinic. I just wish I had several years ago!!
I had an appointment today at Arch point Pain Institute, in Cypress- Houston Clinic, my appointment was at 11:00 AM, I arrived at 11:117 due to how bad the traffic was, and listening to Google, giving me bad direction, I left My home at 10:10 AM knowing that I had plenty of time, but the week before, I had waited for over 1 hour and 15 to 20 min , and I was clearly on time but I had to wait, but today I apologize for being those two minutes late because of the traffic and google, but they wanted to charge me twenty five doll... read more
Dr. Ali and his staff are top notch health professionals. They take mental copious notes to ensure you are treated with the utmost care.
Good luck w staff respecting your privacy by not knocking or introducing themselves as they come/ go from your room, passive aggressiveness when confronting their attitude and staff from the business, records and appt line hanging up on you without answering the line passed 330pm. If ur a VA patient plz note they allegedly dont fax or send any orders to the VA for processing. They give me the order to provide to VA community care.
