The best care. Dr Ali is wonderful and so are Thuy and Nimra, I always receive time and attention and my pain is taken seriously. All the staff is kind and compassionate. Would recommend to anyone in pain!
Received a text to schedule new patient appt after a referral was sent over. A lady put me on hold for over 15 mins to schedule an appointment & never came back. I called back, someone answered & hung up right away. I called right back again & was queued into a hold line, which then went to voicemail. I do NOT appreciate the waste of my time, my prolonging of my health & pain, nor do I believe this is a good place to start treatment after this not so pleasant first encounter. I felt heard and supported throughout a difficult process. Thank you for your dedication and for treating pain with seriousness and sensitivity.
Treatments are great! Very busy office there’s no time to explained pre and post procedure's care I was rushed to come off the stretcher loosing my balance. Physician is ok but it’s a fast pace office the volume of patients is high therefore there’s no time to explain medical care. Calling the office no one answers just listen to the recordings.
