Hired these guys to mostly proactively caulk/seal a south facing wall that takes the brunt of rain and snow. A little bit of back and forth to get Tom out to take a look at it a week or so later. He sent me an estimate a few days later, I paid the deposit, and he let me know he’ll be in touch around scheduling. The day of came and of course - the city of Chicago decides to shut down all traffic to my street. Tom rolled with it and all turned out well. Would recommend.
