I had the same experience as Sam. Bob will not come back to complete an unfinished project. He will not communicate after he gets your check. I do not recommend this company.
We were originally pleased with our experience with Architectural Concrete. Recently we had Bob re-seal our stamped concrete. Unfortunately, this has been a VERY, VERY, VERY disappointing and frustrating experience. The re-sealing process left our stamped concrete very discolored, showing bubbles and having patches of what appears to be cracking or brittle sealer. Our experience with Architectural Concrete Technologies was superior. Bob and his crew were professional, courteous and their work was outstanding. I had some stamped concrete installed around my home and I have so many compliments on it. I will use this company again for our next project. Thank you Bob and the crew
