We had Jim create the drawings for our new home last year. Jim did a wonderful job and was very attentive to our needs and responded quickly to any questions/issues that we had as we moved through the process. Jim drew up my house plans to my specs., he was understanding and timely with my changes, he submitted all my plans to the planning department and I'm super happy with my house.
Jim is an excellent communicator and great draftsman to work with. My company builds very detailed custom homes and Jim has been extraordinarily valuable to our efforts. Highly recommend.
Jim is wonderful to work with. We worked with him from our preliminary sketch to final approval by the county. Jim is excellent at what he does, and worked seamlessly with our structural engineer. He is also a pleasure to work with.
