I dont believe i would ever use anyone else than Jim to take your plan, make changes, and get it through plan check and get u going. Incredibly professional and personable
Jim was a pleasure to work with. Developed our plans quickly and thought of so many things we wouldn't have. He had answers for any questions we had and put us in contact with some good contractors and companies.

Jim is an extremely talented draftsman and can handle virtually any type of project. As a general contractor, Jim is our go-to resource for all our drafting needs. He’s extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, responsive, and reasonably priced. I can’t recommend Jim highly enough.
I have 5 homes built over man years and have had the opportunity to work with quite a few architects. Jim is the very best I have worked with. Very knowledgeable on building design and local codes. Very prompt in getting documents prepared for city or county reviews. Most importantly he resolves issues that come up. We are always full of ideas. Jim listens and helps make them happen. Great guy, I strongly recommend.
