Dr. Patel was the orthopedic hand surgeon on call for the Danbury Hospital ER when my wife was rushed to the hospital from an accident that left her with a broken arm and an almost fully amputated thumb. The accident happened at 11:00 AM. We got to the hospital by 11:30 AM. He would not come in to the ER until after his office hours ended at 5:30 PM. My wife sat in the ER for 6 hours waiting for him to show up. We later found out that his office was across the street from the hospital! Stay far away!!
Dr. Patel was professional, caring and knowledgeable. Explained my basil joint replacement in a way I could understand. Using the latest methods, I was able to use my right hand (dominant hand) very shortly after surgery. I began PT immediately and am already beyond their expectations. I would recommend Dr. Patel to anyone considering any type of hand surgery.
Dr. Patel repaired my shattered humerus - he is an amazing surgeon and has the best bedside manner. I would highly recommend him! He's my go to for orthopedic surgery. Joanne is fantastic as his admin and all of the office staff have been great to work with. I've had nothing but a wonderful experience with Dr. Patel!
Dr. Archit Patel is a fantastic practitioner! I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his secretary JoAnn who helped me out on several occasions. Every staff member that I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable, accessible, and caring. There is rarely a wait and I applaud the efficiency with which the office is managed. On my very first visit to the office, I was made to feel welcome both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant and clean environment of the office itself.
Dr. Patel was punctual, pleasant, professional and did not rush through the appointment or my questions. He is totally approachable and offered valuable information regarding my visit. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent experience! JM
Dr. Patel took the time to fully explain to my son and I what the injury was, different options for treatment and the pros and cons to each. We never felt rushed. Hopefully we don't have to see him again, but should an injury require it, I would not hesitate to schedule something with him and the Danbury Orthopedic Practice.
Dr. Patel always takes the time to listen to me when I see him for a problem. I am always confident in his medical treatment.
Dr. Patel is excellent. Out of all the doctors I've ever seen he is by far the kindest, most patient, and most caring.
