I have been meaning to leave a review for a while as I ordered several wall panels, moulding trims, and skirting from Archiprofiles a few years ago. The products are easy to install, good quality, long-lasting, and have stood the test of time. The lead times, MOQ and availability of products were explained, and communication was efficient. Also, thank you to Sheree for going out of your way to deliver my purchases to my front door in the Potts Point area as you were nearby.
One star for this mob, because you can't leave a review with no stars. Don't waste your time.
Not a great experience. Phones never get answered no matter what time i tried, from different phones. One phone number listed in email reply says its disconnected. "Director" will only communicate by email which is not convenient when you have detailed questions or want to know more. i asked multiple times to please call me but only got email replies. Be careful they are a waste of time. I ordered a few skirting boards and glue on 8th December but they dispatched some items on 21st February. It's extremely slow and I could not paint my house for 3 months. Before I placed the order Sheree informed me that it's gonna take about 2 weeks to receive all the items.
