Called the company for an estimate. They came out told us they will be back with us in a few days. We waited three weeks and called them. They said they will get back with us. Waited another three weeks and called them. They said somebody would call right back and we never heard from them.They’re are not dependable and unprofessional. We contacted another air-conditioning company and they installed our air conditioning.
My AC has been struggling for a few years now and finally died. I am so thankful my landlord got a new unit. Honestly their customer service is incredible. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you
I have never actually used them but I can tell you on the snow days there was this one particular man and he came up to me and helped me out one not being scared anymore and two out of traffic he needs a raise!!!!!
I called early this morning because I thought my heat wasn't working properly. They came out 3 hours later. Young guys but very professional. They checked everything out and were efficient and quick. I especially appreciate they came out so quick especially this time of year when I know they are busy. Would recommend them anytime.🙂
Hands Down To Archie's Service Company, Inc. Came Home This Afternoon And AC Wasn't Working. Called My Boys At Archie's And Got Us Fixed Up Again. Love These Guys, They Are The Best!!! Forgot My Persons Name. If I Remembered I'd Definitely Point Him Out.
