Archie's Backyard Retreat is not a trustworthy company. I had sales man come out by the name of ******* on 1/27/22 provide a quote and i have a copy of invoice for services to be rendered on out door structure. Which i paid ******** half of the cost up front at this time. We Agreed on structure as well as time frame and agreed on a date for the work to be completed. ******* communicated that it was a 1 day job and he and his team would personally do the job on Feb 7th. Very professional and accommodating. Worked around my schedule and was very hospitable. Its a family company so everyone was very involved in my patio work. Highly recommend.
