To Whom It May Concern: As it was explained at the time this issue arose Archie's Hog City/ Auto sales was bound by Law as How this matter was handled! The finance company was aware of the consignment and had notified Archie that the bike was NOT to leave his property with out a verified release from said finance company. The Consignment agreement had been made by the father Not his children. Yes a storage fee was charged after a sale was refused. My father put his bike on consignment here at Archie's Hog City/ Auto sales. My father died. Archie called us on the phone and acted like my father personally bought the bike from him and stated that my father owed him about what the bike was worth so he was just going to keep it. When my 2 brothers and I personally confronted Archie wanting my fathers bike, he then said that he personally had been making the payment and we owed him alot of money for it. Actually, this is Archie's Hog City a good motorcycle shop We've been visiting Archie's Hog City in Springfield, Missouri for all my husband's motorcycle needs. They always have a few good bikes for sale as well as parts and accessories. A great hangout for motorcycle enthusiasts too.
