My family and I have been using Archie's for years. I recently requested and purchased some Mercury Sable fenders, had them painted, and went to work to fix some damage on a 2000 Mercury Sable. Come to find out that they had given me Ford Taurus fenders. They refused to acknowledge their mistake (but tried to pin it on me) and even though they now have the exact Mercury Sable fenders, in the exact color that I need, refuse to do the right thing and comp the fenders that they have.
