I saw this provider on 2/19/19. He prescribed a treatment of being totally non-weight bearing based on the visual and findings of an MRI I had done three days prior. I was given no instructions as to how to accomplish that process. I had never been on crutches. The following week involved procurement and self-teaching to attempt to achieve 100% non-weight bearing status.
