We lost heat & hot water this last snowy weekend and James from Archibald Heating & Air Conditioning came out on Sunday and diagnosed our System 2000 boiler as having a complex wiring issue and solved it just a couple of hours! Thank you Archibald for sending us such a qualified professional technician. James has a great attitude. No parts were replaced and unit still works great 3 days later. George Graham

There technician Mike, showed up at the scheduled time of appointment. I explained to him my problem and he asked several questions. Then proceeded to examine the situation and recommended nitrogen test. To check for leaks. then vacuumed down the system and add some refrigerant. I felt I was dealing with a professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my mom.

I am a licensed contractor so I know a thing or two about working with trade professionals. Archibald saved the day with my hvac unit after another company came in deliberately damaged my unit. That first company didn't know I was a contractor and that I had before pictures. Unlike genuine trades like Archibald, there are many others in the industry who create the problem and then charge you to fix it. Hired Archibald to do a wholesale replacement of oil heat & hot water tank, as well as central air conditioning, with heat pumps. Workers were professional and courteous. The job itself was challenging, due in part to the very small access-way to my attic, but the company was able to disassemble the air handler and take it up in pieces, before reassembling it in the attic. (Petro wanted me to hire a contractor to cut a larger hole in my ceiling.)
