Management does not respond at all to service requests or urgent needs. This year, they decided not to turn on the central heating and instead installed portable heating units in each apartment. Not only does this portable unit not keep my apartment above 65, it has quadrupled my power bill. My washer has been broken for two months and management will not respond to my service requests. I have had more issues in my short time here than I have had combined in all my past apartments.
Cute place and a good location but management is a joke. At the moment I have had an appliance broken for 8 months and it hasn’t been resolved. The worst is the temperature of the building. It’s completely random. Whether it’s the summer or winter, you will be either FREEZING or sweating. UPDATE: Another 8 months after my initial review, it has only gotten worse. My appliance is still broken among other things and the property manager will straight up read and ignore messages and never respond.

The best part about living here was being within walking distance of the capitol, Memory Grove, and all things downtown. The garage was also very nice. The AC doesn't work which made for hot, hot summers. The roaches are also awful in the summer. A lot of sketchy stuff happened at the nearby Wendell apartments which made us feel unsafe.
These apartments are Centrally located for Downtown Living. Within a few blocks you can be to the Capitol Building, Memory Grove Park, Vivant Arena, Gateway Mall. Public transportation is within those few blocks. I personally enjoyed at Christmas time the LDS Temple lights.
