10 Federal took over and is horrible. I emailed twice asking for information about the company, never got a reply, was on hold over 30 minutes to cancel the account and had to pay a full months rent to cancel the account when I was moved out by the 7th. Very poor customer service and huge waste of time. I learned to work with a company with on site management! Beware!!
Quick service. I spent a week dealing with another locally owned storage business. They didn't seem interested in taking the time to bother with their business. Arches had easy online service and personal communication to ensure a smooth transaction.
