Just drove 50 mnts to get here.got here 10 mnts late because of traffic. Even tho I explained and told them I don't feel good that I really needed to see a doctor. they still Canceled the appointment without hesitation. Recepcionist was just rude and lazy. 0 consideration of my time. I guess its more importat the policy of being late than a patients health. Now I gotta try and get another day off from work for another appointment. Thanks for the waste of time,money and getting me more frustrated Arches. Good job.
I am so impressed with my new medical team, inclusive of Karen Johnson, NP and her nurses! My doctor retired and my care has been transferred to others at the practice. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the attention to detail and accessibility to my team has been outstanding! They are “dialed in” and able to pick up where I left off seamlessly.
