This by far is the grossest Urgent Care I’ve ever been to. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would, but the one star is for the Dr. There is absolutely zero sense or urgency. It took over an hour for me to be seen. Dr was great. PA not so great.
Came in at 749pm, doors locked. No one answering phone etc.
My mom tried to go and they were closed!
Visited due to numbness in legs, had the most terrible care I’ve ever experienced… They asked me if I wanted to run an x-ray and seemed like they didn’t want to even try to help? Blood work was done and when I needed to call to follow up 4 days later (there was no explanation of said bloodwork), no answer and left a message. No call back 2 weeks later.
