My mom tried to go and they were closed!
Visited due to numbness in legs, had the most terrible care I’ve ever experienced… They asked me if I wanted to run an x-ray and seemed like they didn’t want to even try to help? Blood work was done and when I needed to call to follow up 4 days later (there was no explanation of said bloodwork), no answer and left a message. No call back 2 weeks later.
Horrible! waiting in the room for 45 minutes and still wasn’t seen by a real doctor so I left(not one car in the parking lot). Medical Assistant was rude as well, don’t know her name but she had long grown out nails
Do not ever come here on a Saturday. Only one provider. They do not take you in order of arrival. The nurses or whoever the office staff is - are pretty nasty and unfriendly. Never a smile or acknowledgement of the long wait. I was the third person here at 8:00 and it’s now 9:32 and I still haven’t been seen. They are here all day so the attitude is less carIng than it should be. Just my opinion. FYI nurse practitioner was apologetic and very nice! What a terrible low-class service establishment in such an upscale town. Horribly unprofessional employees, the front desk people were all very rude and don't care about their jobs. Nurses and techs walked around like it's slow even though it's an URGENT CARE CENTER. Go to Thundermist in Woonsocket, much more high class and better quality service and care for all patients.
