Arrived at 6:40p and was rudely told they were not taking anymore patients (close at 8pm). Explained my primary doctors office which is apart of Arches sent me, I was then registered to be seen. PA I seen was wonderful. Prescription was to be sent over to the pharmacy. I requested a paper copy as well due to the walk in closing and just incase there were any issues. Third time here this week for a workmen’s comp case. Nurse and doctor giving me a hard time about having to fill out paper work…they don’t wanna do it. ITS YOUR JOB !! Why is everyone who works here rude? Two hour wait time…..no one’s been called in 30 minutes or more. The nurse is rude. I over heard her make a rude comment about me to a fellow employee. Guess she didn’t know I could hear her. I will not return. This is disappointing. People should probably get off their phones and take care of the PATIENTS! Receptionists ar... read more

This place is horrible. I waiting for 2 and a half hours while other customers had been there even longer. Not a single patient had been called in over 30 minutes and the nurses were all just sitting up front talking about their plans for the week. This place is an absolute disaster and I wouldn’t recommend going here to anyone!!!
