Friendly staff
Horrible experience. Front desk was rude and unfriendly and didn’t want to be there. And the PA John didn’t listen nor care, and was in the room for about a minute and left abruptly. Will not return
Waited an hour and fifteen minutes while they all enjoyed the lunch that had been delivered 30min after my spot time and loudly gossiped and talked about TikTok’s before I finally gave up and left. I was one of three patients there the entire time, not like they were busy. I wanted months for the appointment.
The billing department is terrible and communication with them is the worse I’ve ever dealt with. They send me bills even though I had insurance at the time of my visit. I spoke with someone named Barbara in the billing department who said I needed a referral from my doctor’s office. I reached out to my Doctor’s office who quickly sent a referral not once but twice and she’s still saying she never received it. I then left a voicemail requesting to speak with a supervisor to sort this all out only to have Barbara call me back... read more
