EDITED UPDATE 11/26/25: Moved to three stars after my visit today. Had an appointment that was on-time and I felt better about the overall experience. I have a couple of pieces of follow-up work and that will give me the insight I need for my own health approach, and today I felt good. Thank you Rayra! My mom’s doctor retired and she was sent here for her care. She had a catscan 2 weeks ago and they have yet to call her with the results and she’s been calling the office to ask if her doctor (or PA actually) can call her with them. She’s having lots of pain and symptoms and at 80 she’s really struggling. Hopefully someone at this location will see this and do something about it because making patients wait two plus weeks for important medical results is unacceptable.
Today was my second visit to the office, or rather it would have been if I was actually seen. Today's visit I was told that they had fewer rooms than providers and they were waiting on a room for me. At 40 minutes past my appointment time I had to leave as there was no way I'd be able to be seen and make it to the bus stop for my son. Since my doctor retired, it has not been the same. Never called to reschedule after the doctor retired. I only found out after a family member told me about it. I got an appointment. The patient portal brings you to the page I registered for an account, it worked once then always says no access. They rescheduled an appointment for no reason after I confirmed my appointment. They made for a day that I can't make it.
