I was in brown emergency room from Wednesday to Saturday fighting an infection in my middle finger so I lost the fight and the hospital has to remove it. They sent me home with meds and to make sure I make an appointment first thing for Wednesday. I’ve been trying to make the appointment for 2 days so I wanted to have my primary doctor Kieth shields to make a phone call to the surgeon so I can schedule the surgery I didn’t want to lose more than a finger. Dr Warren is not respectful of time. She consistently runs late on appointments. I had already waited an hour when I went to ask for an update and was told there was still FOUR people in front of me. Then the front desk receptionist had the nerve to give me attitude when I was reasonably upset over not being told I'd probably be waiting 3+ hours after my scheduled appointment. I was one of unfortunate people coming from Anchor medical and their sudden closure. I was welcomed into Arches medical in Cumberland and had the pleasure of seeing Maryann for my first appointment along with a young student preceptee (who was very sweet) Maryann was friendly, caring and thorough. I was very nervous of having to go to this new location and she made everything just fine. I was so relieved. I look forward to seeing Maryann again, she was wonderful.
