Yesterday was my first appointment with Rayra Coelho,she’s very nice and polite,she’s great, I’m glad she will be my new Doctor!!
I was one of unfortunate people coming from Anchor medical and their sudden closure. I was welcomed into Arches medical in Cumberland and had the pleasure of seeing Maryann for my first appointment along with a young student preceptee (who was very sweet) Maryann was friendly, caring and thorough. I was very nervous of having to go to this new location and she made everything just fine. I was so relieved. I look forward to seeing Maryann again, she was wonderful.
EDITED UPDATE 11/26/25: Moved to three stars after my visit today. Had an appointment that was on-time and I felt better about the overall experience. I have a couple of pieces of follow-up work and that will give me the insight I need for my own health approach, and today I felt good. Thank you Rayra! Today was my second visit to the office, or rather it would have been if I was actually seen. My mom’s doctor retired and she was sent here for her care. She had a catscan 2 weeks ago and they have yet to call her with the results and she’s been calling the office to ask if her doctor (or PA actually) can call her with them. She’s having lots of pain and symptoms and at 80 she’s really struggling. Hopefully someone at this location will see this and do something about it because making patients wait two plus weeks for important medical results is unacceptable.
