If you have a special needs older teenager (17-19) and you’re looking for a gentle, kind dentist and a great team, take a trip across the border (it took us 30 minutes from Monroe) to Arches Dentistry in Indian Land , SC. We just had an amazing appointment. They do sedation dentistry, and soon will have anesthesia available at the office. My son had an amazing experience and we will definitely come back.
I don’t even know where to start!! The minute I received a reply to a message I sent, way after office hours, I was thinking that this place is different! The ENTIRE staff has been so warm and welcoming. The office is absolutely pristine and organized. Dr C has shown his “all in” compassion from the second met. There’s some places you just go and know you’ll be well taken care of. From the aesthetic, to the comfortable lobby area, to the smiling staff Estephany & Brenda, to the knowledgeable DAII Maddie (you could tell she knew what she was doing), to Dr. C who walked me through the procedure, checked in during the whole process, showed me before and after pictures, showed me what a good root canal looked like and then compared it to a bad one prior to starting mine, made sure we were addressing the correct tooth multiple times and... read more
Had a somewhat emergent root canal done there on Friday 6/26. Nothing but good things to say about the care and the staff. I’ve been looking for a new dentist since mine retired earlier this year. I’ve found one now. Highly recommended.
My husband I had a great experience at Arche Dental Care. The staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. We also appreciated that the team could communicate in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and Hindi, which made everything much easier to understand. We were very happy with the care and the results.
