I had the pleasure of touring with Morgan the other day, he was amazing! I toured 7 apartments and Morgan was the only person who greeted me with a smile, and offered me a water or coffee. On the tour he kept answering all my questions before I could even ask them. He took an interest in me telling me everything sandy springs has to offer. He even told me I get 3% off my rent! Morgan and Michelle were absolutely amazing. From the time I walked in the door Michelle was so nice. Morgan gave me an amazing tour and if I decide to rent here he would definitely be one of the reasons.
Moved in a little over a week ago, we had to move quickly and Morgan at the front desk really helped us out. He kindly answered all our questions and always got back to us promptly. Thanks so much! Apartment building has been friendly, clean and kept up from what I can tell so far.
