The absolute best place to live in ATL. I lived here for 4 years from 2022-2026 and had the best experience. The parking garage with access to every floor makes every unit feel like a first floor apartment. Security is tight and makes for a safe and comfortable living experience. Morgan and Michelle are the best property managers with swift replies and any issue will be taken care of. Westwood keeps security deposits that are due tenants.
I recently toured the property and overall thought the apartments were a good value for the price point. The community itself seemed nice, and I was initially interested in leasing. However, my experience with Morgan, the property manager, was very disappointing. During the tour he came across as rude, condescending, and dismissive. The interaction made the experience uncomfortable and have not reflect the level of customer service you would expect when considering a place to live. The fire alarm goes off way too much for non emergencies. Its “boy who crys wolf”ing us all. No one even leaves their apartments for it anymore. Genuinely a life safety issue that needs to get under control before there is a real fire and someone gets severely injured.
