I recently toured the property and overall thought the apartments were a good value for the price point. The community itself seemed nice, and I was initially interested in leasing. However, my experience with Morgan, the property manager, was very disappointing. During the tour he came across as rude, condescending, and dismissive. The fire alarm goes off way too much for non emergencies. Its “boy who crys wolf”ing us all. No one even leaves their apartments for it anymore. Genuinely a life safety issue that needs to get under control before there is a real fire and someone gets severely injured.
Morgan Jackson is very rude and unnecessary unprofessional would not recommend leasing with him
