Very dirty and filled with drug infested people and trash was everywhere. Occupants have their dog fecal matter from the steps of the apartments to the bottom of the steps. There are individuals living in the apartments that are not supposed to be residing there, I ran in to occupant in bldg 18 room 207 who is living under another's social security number, yet management is unaware of the false information provided to them. Not a bad place for how much rent is..i find it wild how i cant put a gate up on my padio. Doesnt even block it all but i have it so kids dont kick a ball thru my window or trash from the wind ending up in my front yard. On top of people parking in the grass and having parties late at night when people are trying to sleep. 6/10 spot. The promise to pay is the best part of living here.
