This is the third pair of brooks I’ve bought thru Arches. I have a lift put on my right shoe. I’ve lost count how many time they have fixed a shoe for me. Anything from cowboy boots to dress shoes. Every time I receive the best service. Heinz and Lynn always take such good care of me.
Carried my Chacos back due to the left shoe arch was not comfortable. I had had them adjusted twice. I had been walking in them in the house thinking I would adjust to them, but it did not happen. Upon taking them back I was told " no returns or exchanges " and I should have read the receipt before I signed it. The owner came out and was very rude. Needless to say I will never go back.
Horrible foot and heel pain has so improved since I started wearing only Arches products. Customer service is truly the best you will ever find. They ensure your shoe fits properly and is 100% comfortable before you leave. I will never buy my footwear any where else. Thanks for always making my comfort your top priority.
