I have lived here for 30 years! The staff, and maintenance team have always been the best!
This apartment complex is well maintained, the staff are very friendly and professional, the whole place is clean and smoke free, yards mowed, flowers planted, sidewalks clean, updated roofs, kitchens, washers and dryers in unit, new carpet and flooring, new stove/oven, new fridge and dishwasher. The maintenance guys are great too and prompt. The 2 bedroom apartment I rented for 8 months was spacious, quiet, and neighbors were barely there. I made the mistake of letting them know that I had adopted two cats while living there and they did everything they could to get every last dime for it. First, they charge you an initial pet fee of $425 if you're going to have two pets (it was "only $200" a couple years ago). Next, they charge you $35 per month per pet (was $25 when I lived there only two years ago). I have lived here my whole life, I am serious lol and I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home! The staff at Archer Points are always so helpful! They are always there for us! when there is any problems in our home, the Maintenance guys are always there never keep you waiting! Dave one of the maintenance guys even help chase my puppy when he got loose. Thank you Dave!! and thank you to all the new and old staff my family really appreciate you all!!
Update: Still have the best maintenance team and I love seeing our guys! They work so hard and they're so timely. Usually same day!! It's crazy to think that I'm not the only resident with how caring and intentional they are. They work really hard. Original post: I love archer's. I think our maintenance team is literally the best of the best. They leave little notes about what they did and what still needs to be done and I think that's such peace of mind not everyone provides.
