Would like to share my experience with Archers Pointe, and you might wanna sit tight for this one yall… Okay so I moved in about 6 months ago, 328 W Washington, Apt A. Noticed a weird smell, didn’t think anything of it. Months later, the smell just lingered. I also noticed my throat hurting and my cats eye would swell up and stay goopy. Never had that happen before. Decided to ask around on Facebook and found a link on mold toxicity. So I thought, what the heck, let me test. Since moving into Archer’s Pointe we have had 10/10 experience with the quality of service. How smoothly we were able to fill out our application. Derek at the main office was so healthful and very kind through the whole process making us feel at home from the very beginning. Maintenance has been quick and easy to submit a request and them getting it done in a timely manner. I highly recommend checking them out!
