Update: Still have the best maintenance team and I love seeing our guys! They work so hard and they're so timely. Usually same day!! It's crazy to think that I'm not the only resident with how caring and intentional they are. They work really hard. Original post: I love archer's. I think our maintenance team is literally the best of the best. They leave little notes about what they did and what still needs to be done and I think that's such peace of mind not everyone provides.
Well I only been living here for about month but so far everything is going great an apartment is amazing to live in. I love that I have a private gate around my patio that my dog love , the most important thing is about living is the property managers Derrick and his staff is amazing , day 1 when came to talk to Derrick about get a apt he here he stay in touch with me until everything was approve that is kind of place to live where everyone will go out of there way to help u thank you Derek and your team
I have lived at AP for about 6 months and I have 0 complaints. The maintenance crew is very friendly as well as the office staff. They're very helpful and do everything they can to help you. Everyone's dogs have been well mannered when they're out. It's a very quiet, but friendly and SAFE community. I wouldn't pick anywhere else in FW. I love the amenities and the amount of storage compared to other apartments. Thank you AP for being wonderful landlords Wish me well in my new home
Do not fall for the cheap monthly rate. Staff is tone deaf, accounting nightmare, poor maintenance. They enter your apartment for no reason to do "health and safety checks". This isn't the semi annual filter change or a response to a complaint, its a random check done by 'corporate' staff. Staff says its our asset, so we will enter your home whenever we want. Staff is also able to manually adjust your payment history. They accidentally applied a credit to my account of like $5. They found the error a year later and back date... read more
Would like to share my experience with Archers Pointe, and you might wanna sit tight for this one yall… Okay so I moved in about 6 months ago, 328 W Washington, Apt A. Noticed a weird smell, didn’t think anything of it. Months later, the smell just lingered. I also noticed my throat hurting and my cats eye would swell up and stay goopy. Never had that happen before. Decided to ask around on Facebook and found a link on mold toxicity. So I thought, what the heck, let me test.
