Had a great time at Archer's during their last "Ladies Night" all-day happy hour on a Thursday...great apps, great beer choices and great service at the bar! Just wish it were closer...a bit of a haul from Freeport.
Was delicious and our waitress hannah was on her game esp for as steady as it was for tuesday nite ;)
Not only was our food superb (blackened halibut Ruben & lobster roll with hand cut fries) but we got to sit by an electric wood stove (it was very cozy) and look out to the ocean! It was a gem of a find on our w/e getaway!
We took a dear friend to lunch on a beautiful September Friday and had a wonderful experience. There were 8 of us and we were a chatty bunch. Our waitress was SO patient with us and allowed us to 'visit' without rushing us. I can only speak for my own meal but I heard raves around the table. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap with a side of onion strings. Both were the BEST. I will definitely be going back when in the area. Great atmosphere and perfect view of the Harbor. Loved it!!
I love this place. I meet my now husband on our first date there and we absolutely love the place. We just went back after 5 years and had awesome service. Our waitress was amazing and friendly and we also had a visit from a harbor seal out in the harbor by our table. We both had the prime rib which was amazing and onion rings were cooked to perfection. So saddened to see such bad reviews ,I've eaten there a few times and have always been very satisfied, granted in our short summer season ,great coastal restaurants tend to get crowded & unfortunately sometimes difficult for staff to keep up ! Being a business man myself working with the public is not always easy (I've learned over the years YOU CAN'T PLEASE EVERYONE ,I URGE EVERYONE TO BE PATIENCE ANND ENJOY ARCHERS AND THE BEAUTY OF THE COAST ,IT WILL MAKE YOUR DAY A LOT MORE ENJOYABLE !!!!!!
