We tried giving the company a chance to remedy the poor service, but instead they’ve chosen to ignore us. We had a dirty vehicle from two road trips with our children and hired to have it detailed, with adding on headliner treatment, pet hair, and steaming, all of which wasn’t done. The car was mediocrely vacuumed, most panels not even whipped off, windows streaks on every window, etc. Photos depict what took them 4 hours and they found acceptable for $387 service. over the course of 3 consecutive days, i came here to look at reviews, booked my appointment and had service completed. im very greatful i made those choices. 5 star experience. the 1-star review people here obviously need more than car detailing support. my booking process was easy + took place over an AI answering machine. on appointment day, two guys showed up, did a superb job and sent a text that they were finished. on the spot, i paid the quoted price for service + filled a tip screen for both workers. my car is a 202... read more
Just used Archer’s and had an incredible experience. From scheduling to executing, it was great. Noah arrived promptly and thoroughly cleaned my Toyota Sequoia - which was not a small to-do. After two years of my kiddos throwing snacks, apple sauce and anything else, I was nervous if my car would shine again. Boy did Noah deliver, looks brand new - thank you! I would highly recommend and will use them, again, in the future.
