My experience was bad Very rude , no costumer service , They had my truck all day I was calling through out the day, I called at 3:45 pm said it wasn’t ready , he even told me around 5ish should be ready, called at 5:03 pm to see if was ready , he said is ready in a rude way, and said he can’t wait he has stuff to do and hung up , don’t go to archers , they don’t keep their word, and they never called to notify that the car was ready for pick up
Knowledgeable and reasonable
My starter and my vehicle went out 1245 p.m. and they had my car ready for me by 4:00 p.m.
