It was my first time at a spa and it was the worst. Starting with cleanliness, I told the lady that my towel where my face goes on the table was dirty with hairs and she did not replace it. I thought the women who kept checking in on me was going to do my massage but it was actually a man, which I later found out was not even certified to give massages.
