After today I want to change my review to a positive one.The Archer team re-landscaped our entire front yard including stone work around all the flower beds. At first I was very happy with it, but as it grew I became frustrated and I had questions. TODAY, Paul came out and walked around the yard with me. He listened to my concerns, offered suggestions and basically gave me a tutorial on how to care for the plants. He answered my questions, was professional and helpful. Archer Lawn Services has provided lawn and weeding service to my home since 2017. Archer's lawn service was professional, dependable and reasonably priced. They emailed us with flower and gardening services offered each season. They also kept us informed as to when to change our sprinkler settings. Archer is no longer offering residential lawn service in our area because their business growth. We wish them success with their commercial lawn service.
I requested them to come out for an estimate, they did after a week, now over two weeks later I am still waiting for that estimate which they told me wouldn’t take long. I told him my job was time sensitive and even asked how soon they would be able to do the work. If they didn’t want my job, they should have been considerate enough to tell me so I could’ve gotten someone else, otherwise, there’s no excuse for treating prospective customers that way. Archer Services completely re-landscaped our home, from recommendations, to design, layout and installation, everything was perfect. There's not a more professional company we've worked with for our home. And the best part is, that in 35 years of living at this address, we had never seen our home recognized by anyone. Archer Landscaping is awesome! We used their services in the Spring area on a new build to put in all our landscaping including retaining walls and elevated flowerbeds. The outcome was better than I could have imagined. We also use their weekly yard maintenance service and couldn't be happier. Their crews are experienced and professional. I would highly recommend their services!
