JC DelaMora Put up my mother's roof and and didnt remove the gutters and downspouts so they were badly damaged. He said he would finish everything the next day and receive final payment. So after the final payment was made the workers all left. Stating they would come back and finish. So I called and my mother called and someone finally came a month later and put up metal stripping and never put up the gutters.
