This place is AMAZING! Ask for Amy! She is the SWEETEST woman I have ever met my husband and I absolutely adore her. She searched day and night and on holidays for our family the home WE WANTED. Terrible. Archer Reality told us that there was nothing wrong with the house, so my parents (who do not understand English that well btw) trusted Joe Difani and signed the purchase agreement on the closing date, but we later found out that the septic tank was old and broken. The health department's inspector told us that our property did not have a permit on the septic tank, meaning that they did not go through the health department before selling the house.
