I would not recommend Perry Hall as your realtor. He is affiliated with Preferred builders and is selling homes that are known to have Silverline windows. He and Preferred builders are aware these windows freeze shut in the winter, mold and have water and ice build up. Yet, they continue to sell these homes, with these windows.
