Archer Purdue has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. During the purchase process they slipped in a life insurance policy by implying it was included. They gave us options to upgrade but never explained that it was an extra charge and optional. After I caught it they promptly removed it from our purchase agreement, insuring the charge would be taken off of our loan. It has been sixth months and the "insurance" is still on our loan earning interest. We have called and stopped in only to receive excuses and the... read more
This car dealership doesn't care about their customers. They are allowing us to drive a truck that has an intermited brake problem. This truck has been up there 5 times to be fixed and they can't fix the problem. We have had 3 other service places look at our truck and one almost went through his shop because the truck wouldn't stop but they still think we are liers. Don't ever buy a vehical from this place.
