I posted a 1-star rating because I could not contact anyone earlier today. I was wrong, somebody called back and we will get this fixed. The Eze Breeze product itself is really nice. Even though the literature does not say so, it seems the windows are rain proof, and we have had some nasty storms this summer. The only leak I remember was during a tropical storm. Be sure you get a silicone spray lubricant and spray the tracks so the windows move easily. They get very stiff with age (5 years).
No stars for Archer Lion, I had a credit due and they chose not to honor it. To bad, lost a good customer.
