Excellent customer service. Marcie was an absolute doll. Very fun and friendly. The building was very clean and so was the washer and dryers. I tanned when I was there and the bubls were hot. Thanks you Marcie for being the blessing i needed today.
This place has went down hill !!! Was always clean and all of the units worked !! The price is so high to wash and dry your laundry!!! Once there was employees on hand to help when you needed help an to keep the build clean and tidy!!! This is such a shame this has happened to the only laundry mate in North Muskegon.
If you planned on getting a tanning membership I would not! They have a sign out there that states tanning is open, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, & Sunday. Last week, I drove all the way out there and they were only open Friday. This week, drove out both Wednesday & Thursday, again closed. I spent $50 something dollars for a month membership and I’ve been able to use it 3 times in 3 weeks due to them not ever being open. Many washing machines and dryers out of service. Not a place I will go again.
