DO NOT EVER USE THIS LAUNDROMAT!!! ONLY 5 WASHERS OUT 30+ WERE IN WORKING CONDITION! DRYERS WERE JUST AS BAD! MULTIPE 30+++ STICKY NOTES/PAPER NOTES WERE ON THE "OUT OF SERVICE" MACHINES PLASTERED EVERY WHERE!!! NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! WENT TO ANOTHER LAUNDROMAT ON APPLE AVE. ONLY (1) O.N.E. OUT OF SERVICE NOTE!!!
Loved this laundromat! It was very clean, under new ownership, the staff was very helpful. We are camping at Pioneer Park and this location was perfect for us to get some laundry done! I would definitely come again and highly recommend it!
Excellent customer service. Marcie was an absolute doll. Very fun and friendly. The building was very clean and so was the washer and dryers. I tanned when I was there and the bubls were hot. Thanks you Marcie for being the blessing i needed today.
This place has went down hill !!! Was always clean and all of the units worked !! The price is so high to wash and dry your laundry!!! Once there was employees on hand to help when you needed help an to keep the build clean and tidy!!! This is such a shame this has happened to the only laundry mate in North Muskegon.
