Very handicap friendly and aware I was very happy when they built the Costco at this end of town. The service is excellent. Being handicapped for the last three months I have watched how stores treat people and they are the best out of Bakersfield business's. They fill my gas without complaint. Any time they see I had a load they always asked if they could help get it to the car or if I needed help around the store. customer service is sorely lacking I spend over $500 a month at Costco and just because I moved and did not have my checks changed yet (my drivers license showed the change of address) the front end manager treated me like I was a criminal. It was extremely embarrassing and very inappropriate to treat a customer this way. He actually said that I needn't shop at his store any longer - I just wonder what Costco executives would think of that in today's economic times. Costco gasoline saves me money! Not only do I like shopping at Costco because I save money but their gasoline is considerably cheaper than the gasoline stations or the convenience stores. Thanks Costco for being there!!!
