I signed a lease at the 1901 20st s property, apt 21, they sold my lease to orange property management illegally. Orange property came into the apartment and broke into my home while I was in Denver and turned off the electricity using the fuse box and told me I didn’t pay the bill by putting fake letters from the electric company in my mailbox. They have not returned my deposit. Several months have passed. This last time they promised to send with a tracking number, but never followed through. They made it clear that depsiting it by draft or allowing me to pick it up was out of the question. Beware! The property manager promised to send it repeatedly but hasn't. If she follows through and does the right thing, I will redact this post.
