I had an appointment for ear wax removal and my husband had an ear assessment with Boris. He is very patient and easy to talk to, and we felt very comfortable during the whole process. Boris was also very professional — he carefully tested my husband’s hearing, explained everything clearly, and answered all of our questions. The ear wax removal was also done very professionally. The reception area is amazing and very welcoming. I had an appointment for ear wax removal with Boris. Very professional work and done to my full satisfaction. Boris even told me I could come back if I still feel there is some discomfort and he would provide the service for free. Thank you Team Archer Hearing Center

I woke up nearly two weeks earlier with sudden hearing loss, no pain, and growing anxiety as at-home treatments and even prescriptions from my GP weren’t helping. Exceptionally good service! Highly recommended. I went in with my ears blocked. The Audiologist, Boris worked on my ears which were really clogged with a lot of ear wax, what would otherwise would have been a 15 min appointment turned out to be close an hour but yet charged the same price, which is quite reasonable. I came back with much better hearing and also with a free follow up for the remaining wax which needs softening.

I had an appointment last week. First time with an audiologist and didn’t know what to expect for a hearing exam. He was very knowledgeable in assessing the situation, providing different options and the outcomes. He was very patient and answered all my questions. John was very welcoming (front office staff) and providing all the necessary documents and next steps. Quick and on time with my appointment booking. 100% recommend if you have some hearing issues.
