My experience at Archer Hearing Centre exceeding my expectations. I had both my children come for ear wax removal and hearing test. Boris was great with my young children. So thankful I found Archer Hearing Centre - they are amazing! I've been suffering with build up for the past several years, and my family doctor was really reluctant to remedy the issue, which I totally understand. I met with Boris and his intern today, he explained everything to me very clearly and made me feel comfortable and safe. No judgement, just kindness and understanding. I have been to several establishments to check my hearing and received hearing aids in the past. They never fit properly, weren't fixed, and resulted in me not wearing them. Archer Hearing Centre is the first place that actually took the time to try different aids and solutions for a unique fit that worked for me. I visited archer hearing centre to do an adult hearing screen that was complimentary. Jamie the owner is one of the sweetest person I have ever met! She is so professional and caring at the same time, thorough with the hearing test, and answered all the questions I had. The office is in general a very tidy and soothing environment, and it felt wonderful to be in. Thank you again Jamie for being amazing!

I was experiencing ear pain and increased ear pressure for a week. I saw Boris for an assessment and he was excellent! He was thorough and explained his findings very clearly to me. Boris removed a debris of ear wax that was causing the discomfort. The process was quick and painless. The clinic is also very nice and clean! I've never been to a hearing clinic like this before. Would definitely recommend!
