DO NOT USE ARCHER FLOORS!! They refuse to fix their terrible installation of my new floor! Hallway flooring was cut too short so green underlayment is showing and the floor is separating in both my kitchen and living room. They wanted $400 to fix the hallway and have not responded to my calls and emails about the kitchen and living room. I AM HEARTBROKEN THAT MY NEW FLOOR LOOKS LIKE CRAP!!!! The experience and expertise at Archer Floor Coverings is second to none and to top that, they actually care about their customers. My husband and I purchased solid hickory flooring for our family room and hallway at Archer’s. After some shipping issues, we were finally able to get this floor installed. The young men who installed this floor worked tirelessly from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm. I cannot tell you how AMAZING my floor looks! Very professional and easy to deal with. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
Had them install vinyl in our MBR, they did a fabulous job. Our friend even compliment us on the vinyl, We have had vinyl installed by other businesses and always came away unsatisfied, (seams opened not matching pattern to area). This time the Archer crew did it better than we expected. Thanks.
