Apparently the owner of the company has forgotten that the name of his business is on the side of his truck.. While he rudely cuts people off while pulling a boat. Oh yeah, in heavy traffic on the interstate on a holiday weekend.
I requested a project review and cost estimate after having an absolutely bad experience with another company who made my little project much bigger. Nick came out later the same day. He was professional and friendly. I explained the situation and what I thought I needed, he made some suggestions and confirmed materials availability. Outstanding job from picking out the color we wanted with Nick to the completion of the project, we have had multiple compliments on our house
Caleb was excellent throughout the process; checking in before, during, and after the project. Everything handled very professionally and the outcome high quality.
The team of people were great. Doing a house roof and garage roof was a lot but they not only finished , they worked late in the day to finish. Cleaned up and blew off the driveway, three times checked for nails or debris. Looks great. Thanks to Archcraft Exteriors people for doing a great job.
